On 07/04/2026 at 10:30 p.m. Janesville Police Department was notified of a missing adult with impaired cognitive conditions. Robert “Bob” Berthal was last seen near S Locust and Wilson at 9:30 p.m.
Robert was last seen wearing blue jeans with a dark colored best. Robert is bald and may have very short “scuff” style white beard. Robert is approximately 5’05 and 175 lbs with blue eyes.
It is unknown where Robert would attempt to go to at this time.
