FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT
Today (Sunday) from 2:00 PM through Monday evening
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for our area due to the potential for excessive rainfall.
🌧️ Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon through Monday. Rainfall rates could exceed 2 inches per hour, which may lead to flash flooding, especially in low-lying areas and locations with poor drainage.
Please use caution:
• Never drive through flooded roadways — Turn Around, Don't Drown.
• Stay alert for rapidly changing weather conditions.
• Monitor local forecasts and be prepared to adjust travel plans if necessary.
