* IMPACTS...High water in retention ponds, ditches, rivers, creeks, and streams, and low-lying areas will continue to subside through the morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 821 AM CDT, gauge reports along area rivers, creeks, and streams indicate residual high water from repeated rounds of thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
