Yorktown Police are responding to numerous reports of downed trees and wires throughout the Town. Several roads are closed due to trees blocking the roadway. Motorists are urged to avoid unnecessary travel, use caution, and never drive around downed wires/road closures. Town highway crews, Con Edison and NYSEG are actively working to clear roadways and restore safe travel conditions. Below is a list of current road closures and conditions.
