* Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Carroll County in east central Ohio... Southeastern Columbiana County in east central Ohio... Northern Jefferson OH County in east central Ohio... Southwestern Beaver County in western Pennsylvania... Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 4 to 5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Weirton, East Liverpool, Wellsville, Carrollton, Toronto, Chester, New Cumberland, Salineville, Newell, Bergholz, Amsterdam, Richmond, Bowerston, Irondale, Dellroy, Sherrodsville, New Manchester and Empire.
