FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northern Indiana, including 
  the following counties, in north central Indiana, St. Joseph. In 
  northern Indiana, Marshall.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 404 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    South Bend, Mishawaka, Plymouth, Bremen, Gulivoire Park,
    Argos, Lakeville, La Paz, Lake Of The Woods, Linkville,
    Wyatt, Inwood, Woodland, Twin Lakes, Rutland and Hibbard.
