The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Century Station advises motorists and pedestrians of temporary road closures in the Florence-Firestone area on Saturday, July 5th, due to anticipated traffic associated with today's soccer match.
Road closures will begin approximately at 6:00 PM and will remain in effect until conditions are safe to reopen.
Please expect:
1. Increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic
2. Traffic delays in the surrounding area
3. Temporary street closures (see attached map)
Motorists are encouraged to:
1. Allow extra travel
2. Use alternate routes when possible
3. Follow posted signs and the directions of deputies and traffic control personnel
