* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 944 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a persistent area of moderate to heavy rain slowly moving across the area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts of up to 1 to 2 inches will be possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
