Hawthorne Residents,

The Hawthorne Department of Public Works is actively conducting clean‑up efforts following this past weekend’s storm. This work includes removing fallen branches from roadways and curb lines. DPW crews have been working since Sunday and will continue until all debris has been cleared.

Please note that the DPW cannot remove branches that are tangled in power lines. If you encounter any emergency or hazardous situations, contact the Hawthorne Police Department immediately.
