1. Weapon Arrest (1612) 700 Block of East Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victim, 35, reported that the suspect brandished a firearm at him. Responding officers checked the area and located the suspect vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. During a search of the suspect vehicle, officers located a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: David Zamora, 35, for brandishing,
weapon charges, and an outstanding warrant.
2. Battery on an Officer 1636), 9000 Block of Tuscany Circle, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 76, and the known suspect were in an argument when the suspect struck the victim with a metal object. While trying to take the suspect into custody, the suspect's daughter assaulted one of the officers. She was taken to the ground and into custody. ARRESTED: Jacquline Mooring, 82, for assault with a deadly weapon, and Tracee Allen, 59, for battery on an officer.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2207) 5900 Block of Arch Road, Park District
The female victim, 52, was driving in the area when several cars surrounded her vehicle and began throwing items at her. A black sedan pulled up next to her, and a suspect pointed a black handgun at her. The victim fled the area.
SUSPECT: Unknown race male.
4. Weapon Arrest (0006) 900 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
Officers stopped a vehicle in the area for a traffic violation. Officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded handgun. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED Luis Manuel Rodriguez Araiza, 18, for weapons charges.
5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0441) Airport Way and Anderson Street, Park District
The female victims, 19 and 34, were in their parked vehicle when they saw a suspect walk towards them and then heard four gunshots. The victims fled the area in their vehicle and later noticed the vehicle had been struck by gunfire. The victims were not injured. SUSPECT: White male adult.
