The Alzheimer’s Association offers a range of skill-building courses
that include questions to check existing knowledge & exercises to apply new learnings to personal situations.
This specific course will aim to learn about research in the areas of
diet & nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, social engagement, &
how to incorporate these recommendations into a plan for
healthy aging.
