The Village of New Lenox and the Village of Mokena are working collaboratively on the repair of a large diameter water pipeline on LaPorte Road that is reducing the water supply for both communities.
Starting tonight, we ask that residents suspend outside watering in order to maintain adequate water tower levels until further notice.
We will provide an update as soon as repairs have been completed and normal service has been fully restored.
