At 536 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Horse Butte, or 37 miles west of Twin Falls, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of west central Twin Falls and east central Owyhee Counties.
