Due to a structural incident at East 42nd Street & 2nd Avenue, 42nd and 43rd Streets between 2nd and 3rd Avenue remain closed to vehicles. All traffic and pedestrian restrictions have been lifted at this time. Those who live or work on 42nd and 43rd Street and not in one of the buildings under an emergency evacuation order will be able to access the area. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
