DATE/TIME: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
INCIDENT: A New Beginning: InnROADS Outreach Connects Woman to Treatment and Recovery
LOCATION: Colton
SUMMARY: On Friday, February 13, 2026, the Multi-Disciplinary InnROADS team assisted with Operation Consequences in the city of Colton, where they contacted Dynasty Jones, a homeless person living in the Santa Ana Riverbed.
Dynasty requested help with her methamphetamine addiction and getting off the streets, from the InnROADS team. The team contacted the Screening, Assessment, and Referral Center (SARC) to schedule an intake interview for an in-house drug treatment program. Dynasty was approved to enter Inland Valley Recovery Services (IVRS) in the city of Upland, the following week. Due to very limited transportation because of her living situation, the InnROADS team was able to take her to the facility.
Dynasty graduated from IVRS on April 4, 2026, and moved to a sober living house in Redlands, where she currently resides. Dynasty has visited two of her youngest children on a weekly basis since graduating from drug rehabilitation. Dynasty is currently applying for employment and has expressed a desire to give back to those who need help with drug addiction.
Dynasty is one of many successful contacts made with the homeless population throughout the county by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Community Service and Reentry Division.
