1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1041) 300 Block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victim, 42, was in the area when the suspect approached and confronted him about a fight they had the day before. The suspect pulled out a knife, swung it at him, but he missed. The victim was able to get away and did not have any injuries. Responding officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Francisco Mota, 49, for assault with a deadly weapon.
2. Weapon Arrest (1206) William Moss Boulevard and McDougald Boulevard, Seaport District
An officer stopped a vehicle in the area for a traffic violation. The officer conducted a compliance search and located a firearm on the suspect and illegal narcotics in the car. The suspect was arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Daniel Williams, 26, for weapon violation and narcotic charges.
