1. Robbery Arrest (1654) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The juvenile victim and her mother were at the listed business when the suspect came up from behind and took the victim’s property. The suspect got into the passenger seat of the suspect vehicle and fled in an unknown direction. Officers later located the vehicle and arrested the driver and passenger. ARRESTED: Brandy Armstrong, 47, and Jason Armstrong, 37, for Robbery.
2. Battery on an Officer (2345) 300 Block of Arc Avenue, Bear Creek District
Officers attempted to knock on the front door at the listed location, where they located a missing juvenile. The juvenile grabbed an officer’s wrist and attempted to prevent him from knocking on the door to make contact. The juvenile was taken into custody without incident. The officer was uninjured. ARRESTED. 14-year-old female juvenile, for battery on an officer.
3. Barricaded Incident (0205) 9100 Block of Cornwall Drive, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 38, and the male victim, 4, were inside an area residence when the known suspect forced his way inside, brandished a firearm, and threatened the victims. Officers responded and surrounded the residence. Both victims were rescued and were unharmed. After a successful negotiation, the suspect surrendered and was taken into custody. The firearm was recovered. ARRESTED: Orlando Foster, 37, for false imprisonment, terrorist threats, brandishing, child abuse, and violation of a restraining order.
