Beginning around 1:30 pm. The Roads crew will be applying Biorestor Asphalt rejuvenator on Ballyhoo Road from Airport Beach Road intersection to the City Dock. With one lane of travel open, expect traffic delays and watch for flaggers who will direct traffic.
