At 410 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Crab Spring Butte, or 38 miles north of Owyhee, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibility. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Turner Butte, Battle Creek Ranch, Frying Pan Spring, The Hat, Crab Spring Butte, and Big Springs Ranch.
