The San Mateo Police Department is looking for someone who can take ownership of our facilities and keep operations running without disruption. This role manages building systems, coordinates maintenance and repairs, oversees contractors, and drives improvement projects from planning through completion.
You’ll handle everything from security access and surveillance systems to construction projects, vendor coordination, and environmental safety compliance. It’s hands-on, detail-driven work that directly supports a 24/7 public safety operation.

Salary: $116K to $138K + full benefits
