Full Notification

Beginning Monday, July 20, the section of Latham Drive between Fairview Parkway and Convention Drive will be closed to all traffic as site evaluation and reconstruction of this portion of Latham Drive begins. The closure will remain in effect until Summer 2027. 

Electronic signs will be posted alerting drivers of the closure.
 
The portion of Latham between U.S. 75 and Convention will remain open for the next few months, until construction phasing requires it to be closed as well. The Town will send notifications before that additional section of the road is closed.
 
For alternate routes, please refer to the map below. Please drive carefully, especially near construction zones.
