The City of Rosemead would like to notify residents, businesses, and motorists of a temporary street closure on Rosemead Boulevard from Rush Street to Durfee Avenue due to the FIFA Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Los Angeles County Whittier Narrows on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
Rosemead Boulevard will be closed from Rush Street to Durfee Avenue beginning Saturday, July 11, at 9:00 a.m. through Sunday, July 12, at 12:00 a.m. midnight.
In addition, the Interstate 60 Freeway on-ramps at Rosemead Boulevard will be closed for the duration of the event. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time, and use alternate routes.
Electronic message boards and directional signage will be in place to assist motorists traveling through the area. The City encourages residents and visitors to remain aware of traffic impacts and to follow all posted signs and directions from law enforcement and traffic control personnel.
