BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED
The Virginia Department of Health has officially lifted the Boil Water Advisory for the Town of Hillsville effective Friday, July 10, 2026, at 4:12 p.m.
Customers of the Town of Hillsville were notified on July 8, 2026, of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to boil tap water before use. We are pleased to report that the issue has been corrected, and it is no longer necessary to boil your tap water.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and cooperation while we worked to resolve the issue and ensure the safety of our water system.
