* At 615 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Lagoon to near Evergreen, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include... Whiteville, Rowan, Lake Waccamaw, Sandyfield, Penderlea, Point Caswell, Hallsboro, Long Creek, Council, Currie, Wards Corner, The Borough, Riegelwood, Carvers, Lisbon, Lagoon, Malpass Corner, Montague, Elkton, and Rooks.
