On Saturday July 11th between 5:00pm and 9:00pm the Township will be hosting a 250th Anniversary Celebration at Memorial Field. The event is set to host a wide variety of food and entertainment vendors followed by a free concert from Austin City Nights before the event concludes with an aerial done show over the field!
Event parking is primarily located at The Bethany Community Center located at 605 Pascack Road with additional designated street parking areas listed below. Those parking at the Community Center are asked to cross at the crosswalk located at Pascack Road and School street where staff will assist in crossing the road safely.
Designated Street Parking Areas
School Street - Vehicles may park on the roadway between Wayne Place and White Birch Road on the same side of the street as the school and the field only.
White Birch Road - Vehicles may park on the roadway between Eastview Terrace and Wayne Place along the northbound side of the road only.
Eastview Terrace - Vehicles may park on the roadway between Pascack Road and White Birch Road along the westbound side of the road only.
Wayne Place - Vehicles may park along both side of the roadway.
Devon Road - Vehicles may park along the southbound side of the roadway.
Ridgewood Blvd. East - Vehicles may park on the westbound side of the roadway.
Crest Place - Vehicles may park along both sides of the roadway.
Memorial Field - Handicapped parking only in the parking lot located adjacent to the field house and basketball court.
No Parking Zones
Washington School - There will be no parking in either the upper or lower lot of the school as this area is needed for event preparation space.
Additional no parking zones will be clearly marked with traffic cones and other traffic control devices. Police Officers will be in the area to assist motorists as needed.
