* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following county, in east central Indiana, Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At midnight EDT, Local law enforcement reported high water issues on multiple roads near Williamsburg. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Fountain City, Greens Fork, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Whitewater, Williamsburg, Interstate 70 at Exit 145 and Middleboro.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN
