* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Cherokee and Crawford and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, Barton, Cedar, Dade, Greene, Jasper, Lawrence, Polk and Webster.

* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
