* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 321 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced 2 to 4 inches of rain across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Fountain City, Spring Grove, Bethel, Whitewater, Williamsburg and Middleboro.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN
