Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An active period of weather is forecast for South Central Texas tonight through at least Thursday evening as tropical moisture interacts with slow-moving upper level disturbance and outflow boundaries. This combination could lead to heavy rain and flooding. Storm totals of 2 to 6 inches are possible over the Flood Watch area with isolated 10 inches.
