* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow-moving heavy rain showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop at times this afternoon.
