Missing Person Winter Tolliver: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Winter Tolliver, a 10-year-old Oakland girl considered at risk due to age.
Last seen around 6:30 p.m. on July 12, 2026, in the 1300 block of 94th Avenue. Tolliver was wearing a cheetah print bonnet, white tank top with blue flowers, and purple pants.
She is described as a Black female, 4'11” tall, 80 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Family says she’s familiar with Bart and has family in the East Bay.
Anyone with information on Tolliver's whereabouts is asked to contact the Oakland Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at (510) 238-3641.
