* WHERE...Southern Runnels County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 304 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of up to 2 inches has fallen in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Miles, Hatchel, Rowena, Benoit and Ballinger Lake. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
