Delayed - 2026–2027 Tax Bills
The 2026–2027 tax bills have not yet been mailed because Burlington County has not certified the tax rate.
There is no need to contact the Tax Office. Tax bills will be mailed as soon as the tax rate is certified and the bills are printed. At this time, we do not know when that will occur.
The 3rd quarter grace period will be extended. The new grace period date will be printed on your tax bill.
Tax Payment Due Dates
- 1st Quarter – February 1
- 2nd Quarter – May 1
- 3rd Quarter – August 1 (Grace period will be extended.)
- 4th Quarter – November 1
Each quarter includes a 10-day grace period. If the last day falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period extends to the next business day.

Make checks payable to Tabernacle Township.
If mailing your payment, include the correct payment stub from your tax bill. Your canceled check is your receipt.
Postdated checks cannot be accepted.
If paying in person, please bring your entire tax bill.
Delinquent Taxes
Payments received after the grace period are subject to interest from the original due date.
Interest rates are:
- 8% on the first $1,500 of the delinquency
- 18% on any amount over $1,500
Payments on delinquent accounts are applied to interest first, then principal.
