7/01 - 1:57 p.m. - Police received a complaint of a solicitor in the Alpine Meadows Subdivision. Police located the subject, and confirmed he did not have a village solicitation permit. Tyler A. Ross, 25 of Las Vegas, NV., was cited under village ordinance for Soliciting without a Permit.
