* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches secondary and primary roads and low bridges.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 12.2 feet just after midnight tonight.
