Berkeley Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person from the 2800 block of Dohr Street: Larry Armstrong BM, 72 years old, 5'9, 146 lbs. He was last seen at 10pm on 7/14/26 wearing a green baseball cap, black jacket (possibly with an orange SF Giants logo) and black checkered pants.
