* WHERE...Frio River below Dry Frio.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches secondary and primary roads and low bridges. At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding reaches crop and pasture land near the river. Secondary and primary roads and low bridges flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 12.6 feet this afternoon.
