* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Concho County in west central Texas... Kimble County in west central Texas... McCulloch County in west central Texas... Mason County in west central Texas... Menard County in west central Texas... Southwestern San Saba County in west central Texas... Schleicher County in west central Texas... Northern Sutton County in west central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brady, Sonora, Junction, Mason, Eldorado, Menard, Cherokee, Melvin, Hext, Saline, London, Yates Crossing, Long Mountain, Calf Creek, Fort Mckavett, South Llano River State Park, Streeter, Segovia, Roosevelt and Grit. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... South Blackburn between Adkins and 13th, Park Road 73 crossing South Llano River, US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, White Street at Live Oak Creek, South High between 14th and 15th Streets, FM 1121 crossing Onion Creek, FM 1851 crossing Tiger Creek, FM 1028 crossing Corn Creek, Hallum Draw and 17th Street between Pine and College. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
