* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas including low water crossings and city streets.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 AM CDT, areas of moderate rainfall continue to move slowly across the area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northern San Angelo, Sweetwater, Coleman, Ballinger, Winters, Roscoe, Santa Anna, Robert Lee, Sterling City, Blackwell, Maverick, Nolan, Bronte, Miles, Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Lawn, Novice, Norton and Fort Chadbourne. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 259.
