The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) would like to inform residents that the Fort Stevens Recreation and Senior Center (1327 Van Buren Street, NW) will be closed to the public on Thursday, July 16, 2026, due to a planned DC Water shutoff in the surrounding area. The center will reopen under normal operating hours on Friday, July 17.
