1. Resisting Arrest (2029) 8100 Block of Palisades Drive, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a family disturbance. Upon arrival, the suspect was damaging the residence and refusing to comply with officers' commands. The suspect was taken to the ground and arrested. No injuries reported. ARRESTED: Dylan Potter, 28, for resisting arrest.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2100) 3200 Block of Anne Street, Park District
The female victim, 31, and the known suspect were in an argument over the suspect stealing from the victim. The suspect threw an object at the victim, striking her. The suspect fled in an unknown direction. The victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2105) 500 Block of West Harding Way, Civic District
The male and female victims, both 39, were in the parking lot of the listed location when the suspect swung a hatchet towards them. The victims were unharmed. Officers arrived and took the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Charles Johnson, 47, for assault with a deadly weapon.
4. Robbery / Battery on an Officer Arrest (2130) 8200 Block of Kelley Drive, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 21, and the suspects were in an argument when suspects threatened the victim and took her property. Officers contacted the suspects at the listed location. As officers tried to detain the suspect, one of the suspects assaulted them. None of the officers was injured. ARRESTED: Jennifer Calixtro, 26, and Karaya Ganner, 26, for robbery and battery on an officer.
5. Pursuit Arrest (0433) Pacific Avenue and Harding Way, Civic District
Officers attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop on a driver who was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. Upon officers' contact, the driver fled, leading officers on a short pursuit. The pursuit ended when the driver pulled over and was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Javier Badillo-Martinez, 31, for evading and DUI.
