On 07/13/26 at approximately 2000 hours, the male victim, 51, was in the listed area when the suspect confronted him and struck him with an object. The victim fled the area. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Indian male adult.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (2206) 00 Block of South El Dorado Street, Civic District
The male victim, 59, was in the listed area when the suspect confronted him and ordered him to leave. When the victim refused, the suspect struck the victim with an object. The victim fled. The suspect was later located and arrested without incident. The victim was uninjured. ARRESTED: Dulceanel Rios, 27, for assault with a deadly weapon and outstanding warrants.
3. Robbery (2338) Park Street and Center Street, Civic District
The male victims, 19 and 26, were walking in the listed area when they were confronted by the suspects. The suspects assaulted the victims and took one of the victims’ property before fleeing the area. The victims were treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Multiple Black male adults and Hispanic male adults.
