Westlake Aquatics Center to Close Early Due to Air Quality
WESTLAKE, OH — The City of Westlake is announcing the early closure of the Westlake Aquatics Center (WAC) today, effective at 2:45 PM. This decision has been made as a precautionary measure in response to current air quality advisories in the region.
The health and well-being of our residents and staff remain our highest priority. All afternoon and evening aquatic activities at the WAC are canceled for the remainder of the day. We encourage the community to limit heavy outdoor exertion while the advisory is in effect.
