Three Texas Residents Arrested for Burglary When They Follow Bank Customer and Later Break into Car

SUSPECT 2: Anthony Jones, 36-year-old resident of Texas
SUSPECT 3: Cameron Parker, 36-year-old resident of Texas

SUMMARY: On Thursday, July 9, 2026, deputies responded to a vehicle burglary in the 13900 block of City Center Drive. The victim reported he withdrew cash from a local bank before parking his vehicle to have lunch at a nearby restaurant. When the victim returned to his vehicle, he discovered one of the windows had been shattered and the cash he withdrew had been stolen.
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage from the bank and the shopping plaza where the victim had lunch. The video showed the suspects following the victim from the bank to the shopping plaza.
On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Chino Hills detectives, assisted by Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) deputies, located the suspects at a motel in Rosemead, California, and executed a search warrant. The suspects, identified as Devin Micheal Taylor, Anthony Jones, and Cameron Parker, all residents of Texas, were arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
