SVRPHI The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey... East central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 450 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Presidential Lakes, or 21 miles southwest of Toms River, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include... Barnegat, Beachwood, Tuckerton, Presidential Lakes Estates, Surf City, Presidential Lakes, Bamber Lake, Brookville, Bass River State Forest, Warren Grove, Chatsworth, Old Halfway, Penn State Forest, Beach Haven West, Cedar Glen Lakes, Holiday City-Berkeley, Mystic Island, South Toms River, Ocean Acres, and Manahawkin. This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 55 and 80.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BURLINGTON, NJ ... OCEAN, NJ

For your safety, immediately move off the beach and seek shelter indoors. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding.
