* WHERE...Frio River below Dry Frio.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding reaches crop and pasture land near the river. Secondary and primary roads and low bridges flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:30 AM CDT Friday was 19.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage early this morning to 10.1 feet late this morning. It will then rise above flood stage late this morning to 13.7 feet this afternoon.
