Road Closure: Smull Avenue and White Birch Terrace 
Please be advised that Smull Avenue will be closed between Hatfield Street and Myrtle Avenue due to utility work.
Additionally, White Birch Terrace will be closed between Oak Grove Road and Park Lane.
Detours will be in place, and officers will be on scene to assist residents and motorists. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible and allow for additional travel time.
