* At 1114 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for In and around the city of Ozona and into the southwest and south central portions of Crockett County. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Ozona, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2083 And Highway 405 and The Intersection Of Us 190 And Highway 163. This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 351 and 370. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... crossings along County Road 401.
