* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding reaches crop and pasture land near the river. Secondary and primary roads and low bridges flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:30 PM CDT Friday was 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 15.0 feet late this afternoon.
