* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1056 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected in the advisory area. Between 3/4 and 1 1/2 inches of rain are expected. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
